ALITA is pleased to support the India Law, AI & Tech Summit 2025 as International Strategic Partner. Brian joined a panel discussion on “AI for In-House Teams – What We’ve Seen So Far”, where he shared insights and findings from the ALITA State of Legal Innovation in Asia-Pacific (SOLIA) Report 2025, highlighting how AI has been transforming in-house legal operations across the region.

ALITA is pleased to have submitted a response to the Singapore Ministry of Law Public Consultation on Guide for Use of GenAI in the Legal Sector, which consultation period closed on September 30.

ALITA co-chair Brian W Tang was at TechLaw.Fest's Tech Bytes Stage on Thuesday Sep 11 at 4pm presenting ALITA 's State of Legal Innovation in Asia-Pacific Report 2025 as part of our Digital Lawyering panel.

On July 4th 2025, multiple regional legal tech groups, including ELTA, ILTN in India, ALITA in the Asia-Pacific, and AB2L in Brazil, formed a global alliance for innovation called AI2L. The aim of AI2L is to bring together multiple organisations that promote and support legal innovation to create a more joined up, worldwide platform.

Join leading legal innovation and technology thought leaders from across Asia-Pacific and Europe to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced with the growth of LegalAI and lawtech.

Hosted at A&O Shearman Fuse Auditorium, this Dialogue will be followed by pitches from a curated list of lawtech startups.

Drawing on the thousands of research interviews RSGI conducts each year for the FT Innovative Lawyers Reports and other programmes, Yasmin Lambert will share a preview of RSGI’s new analysis on the evolution legal practice. It covers trends at global and premium law firms as they respond to the opportunities of artificial intelligence, threats of a more volatile business environment and new competition, and demands from clients to work and price differently.
