About the IGNITE Internship Program
IGNITE is a standard12-week internship at FedEx designed to give high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the world of work.
Through real business projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and curated learning experiences, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Do
Provide all-round support to the Legal Operations team across AMEA, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and supporting cargo claims reviews
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of legal operations technology enablement tools, including request intake and tracking systems
Support process improvement and workflow automation initiatives within Legal Operations
Support knowledge management by maintaining legal resources and knowledge hubs
Conduct legal research and provide administrative support for legal operations projects
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, or those who have recently graduated, who are:
Available to join us in June 2026
Curious and eager to learn
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Able to communicate effectively in English
Able to commit for at least 12 weeks
Note: Open to International Students with valid student pass & VISA.
